The W.A.N.K.E.R.S. suffered a major blow in 2006 with Dave breaking his arm in mid February. The team had been unusually slow to organise anything for some reason, but at the last minute, stalwart W.A.N.K.E.R.S, John and Hans, joined by one of the original crew from 1999, Motty, flew off to Verbier to stay in the Chalet Pleiades.
